nce upon a time in buzzing little town, delectable, divine and downright delicious biscotti came to be. One would expect this story to be an elaborate Italian fairy tale about an ancient recipe brought to America by a little old lady. It isn't. Believe it or not, Aunt Anna's Biscotti comes directly from Greensburg, PA and has somewhat of an accidental existence. These homemade delights originally accompanied espresso served at the Sunset Cafe. Not content with only one generous dose, customers requested five, ten, or more to savor and share. The sheer demand for this flavorful chocolate covered treat brought Aunt Anna's Biscotti to life! Cups of coffee, spots of tea, and glasses of milk found their perfect pair and lived happily ever after. Buon Appetito!
